Database update 22.09.26

The database has been significantly expanded and updated:

  • The number of countries covered has increased from 31 to 51.

  • The historical coverage has been extended from 2008–2025 to 2000–2025, with data for this period sourced from Eurostat and UN Comtrade.

  • For EU countries, existing and historical nuclear fuel and enriched uranium trade data have been updated in line with the latest update of Eurostat’s “EU trade since 1988 by HS2-4-6 and CN8” database (ds-045409) of 15 September 2026.

  • The display of Rosatom-built nuclear reactor units under construction abroad in the Charts section has been corrected.

  • For 2025, export data to China have been updated in accordance with China Customs statistics.

The update substantially expands the historical coverage and improves the availability and presentation of the data.
